From Indianapolis
Take 465 to Highway 37-South (Harding Street Exit)
Take 37 Approximately 50 miles to Bloomington. See Smithville exit below.

From Cincinnati, Ohio (Interstate route) Take 74 West to 465 South till the 37 South Bloomington exit (Harding street exit) Approximately 50 miles to Bloomington. See Smithville exit below.

From Cincinnati, Ohio (US 50 Route) 118 miles
Take 275 until you come to 50 West. Stay on 50 West until you reach Bedford. Go all the way through Bedford until you come to Highway 37 North. Stay on 37 north until you see Monroe Reservoir/Harrodsburg exit. See Monroe Reservoir/Harrodsburg exit below.

From Evansville, Indiana 116 miles
Take 57 North to 64 East. Get off at 231 North. Stay on 231 north to Loogootee, Indiana Take 50 east to Bedford. Get on 37 north and exit at the Monroe Reservoir/Harrodsburg Exit. See Monroe Reservoir/Harrodsburg exit below.

From Louisville, Kentucky 98 miles
Take 60 North to Mitchell, Indiana. Turn right on 37 north and follow to Bedford. Stay on 37 until you see Monroe Reservoir/Harrodsburg Exit. See Monroe Reservoir/Harrodsburg exit below.

From Chicago, Illinois 227 miles
Take 65 South to 465 South and get off on 37 south to Bloomington, (Harding street Exit. Stay on 37 approximately 50 miles to Bloomington, see Smithville Rd exit below.

After you exit State Road 37:

Monroe Reservoir/Harrodsburg Exit
This exit will veer to the right, stay on this road and go up the hill. At the top of the Hill turn left onto Strain Ridge road. Take Strain Ridge approximately 2.5 miles until you reach a stop sign and the road ends (T) This will be Fairfax Rd. Turn left onto Fairfax approximately 1.5 miles to Lake Monroe Village Resort

Smithville exit.
Once you reach the Bloomington Area continue past all the turn offs for Bloomington as if you were continuing to Bedford. There will be a Mileage indicator sign, which states:

When you see this sign get in left turn lane. The next road you will take left. This will be Smithville Rd. After turning left across the Highway onto Smithville Rd. go to the second stop sign, which is Fairfax Rd. but it is not marked. Turn right onto Fairfax and the Village is about 1.5 miles down on the left side of road.
